Our kids are grown, Jim is retired, and it’s time for a new adventure.  We stumbled across a magnificent piece of property just outside of Cripple Creek, Colorado and decided to pack up everything we own, sell or house in Washington, and try our hand at something new.

We got a great deal on this beautiful 20 acres with it’s house, barn, garage, and spectacular views, but the house needed repairs, updates, and changes, so that’s where we begin.  This blog will help us stay in touch with friends, family and anyone interested in following our progress!
